Payment ...

As all goods are made to order full payment is required when placing your order. We accept payments via PayPal or by cheque.

Payments by cheque will be subject to clearance before goods will be dispatched.

We can accept the following credit and debit cards as payment via PayPal. Please note, a PayPal account is not required to pay by this method.

ShaBoo retains the right to reject any payment and cancel any order at the Company's discretion, less any costs incurred to the Company.

Returns ...

Blinds - as these goods are made to order in accordance with individual specifications, we are unable to offer a refund on these goods.

Fabric - cut lengths of fabric are non-refundable.

Lampshades, Cushions & items in our Additions range - we are able to provide a refund on the goods, only if the goods are returned in the same condition as dispatched and within 28 days. We will only refund the cost of the goods, your refund does not include delivery & return charges.

We strongly advise that you request a fabric sample and double check all measurements before ordering.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery ...

All goods are made to order so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. All deliveries require a signature and will be charged accordingly.

Delivery within the UK mainland is charged at £6.50 per order.

International deliveries are available though standard ordering procedure. Delivery charge will vary depending on location. Please note, we are unable to deliver to North America.

All goods are checked fully before being dispatched by both ShaBoo and couriers. Any goods received which are damaged in transit should be notified to ShaBoo within 24 hours of delivery.

All information provided to ShaBoo is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. All reasonable endeavourers will be under taken to ensure any details that are provided to ShaBoo will not be passed on to external parties without prior consent.
